In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep your account details updated at all times. Providing false identity information, including a false name, date of birth, or payment method details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Verification. fd888 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, or at any time fd888 considers it necessary to comply with its licensing obligations. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd888 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. fd888 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 You must immediately notify fd888 customer support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. fd888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 Own Funds Only. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your fd888 account are your own personal funds and are free from any connection to criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name will be rejected and returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

4.4 Deposit Limits. fd888 allows Players to set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from the Responsible Gaming section of account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the new lower limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC identity verification and who have made at least one deposit to their fd888 account using a payment method in their own name. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending verification.

7.3 Sportsbook Betting. 3. Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players.
4. Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated script, bot, exploit, or third-party software to interact with fd888 in a manner not intended for human players.
5. Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, odds errors, or promotional errors to extract value not intended by fd888. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are void and will not be paid.

11.2 fd888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to platform malfunction; loss of data; or financial loss arising from decisions made based on information published on fd888.

11.3 fd888's total liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits fd888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 fd888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspicious financial activity; fraudulent conduct; underage access; or any activity that fd888 in its sole discretion considers harmful to the platform or its Players.

12.2 Players may close their fd888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing timelines have been satisfied.

12.3 Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, fd888 reserves the right to withhold any balance — including Real Money Balance — where the balance was accumulated through conduct that violated these Terms, pending investigation. fd888 will communicate the reasons for any such withholding to the affected Player in writing.

13.1 Internal Resolution. Any dispute arising from your use of fd888 should be submitted to fd888 customer support in the first instance. fd888 will acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.

13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with fd888's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by fd888's gaming regulator under its operating licence. 13.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which fd888 holds its gaming licence. Any legal proceedings not resolved through internal or regulatory dispute resolution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

14.1 fd888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fd888 will notify registered Players via email to the address on record and/or via an on-platform notification banner no less than 7 days before the revised terms take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of fd888 following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.
